Camtronics INSPECTOR® TRUCK

The Inspector® MW2L transports the camera head through a pipe. The camera head is easy to mount. The lift function, together with the supplied wheels and spacers, provide for an adaptable MW2L. Therefore its working area varies from 125mm up to a minimal of 700mm.


Operation and functionality

The ZRK70 can rotate endlessly and swivel 230 degrees. The light yield is such that no additional lighting is required. The image can be focussed using the remote control. The lift function allows the head to be adjusted in height, so larger diameters can be inspected.

Modular

When you choose the Inspector Truck MW2, you choose a platform on which all Inspector cameras can be connected to the Easybox. The advantage is that all cameras, each with its own working area, can be connected to the same Easybox.

MINI SEWER CAMERA: MINIFLEX

The MiniFlex is a flexible mini inspection camera-system that has been specially developed for inspecting small diameter pipes and drains. (32mm - 75mm). Mostly found in sanitary rooms, plumbing and kitchens. Inspecting these needs flexibility due to the width of the pipe including the numerous bends and the position to manoeuvre into and to be able to carry out a camera inspection.

INSPECTOR® 36 SEWER CAMERA

The improved robust Inspector® 36 is very suitable to inspect smaller pipelines thoroughly. The spherical camera head with flexible spring goes easily through right-angle bends from a diameter of 50 mm. Blockages and damage to pipes can be traced easily. The working range of the inspection camera is from 50 to 200 mm.

Operation and functionality

The Inspector® 36 has a combi-cable with a diameter of 8 mm, while the internal fibre that ensures the stiffness is 4.5 mm thick. The combi-cable with camera head is suitable to be pushed through a right-angle bend of 50 mm. The spring is very flexible so that it takes on the shape of the pipe. The sloping shape of the camera head assists the feed-through. There are two guides available with which the camera head comes to sit higher in the pipe. These can easily be taken along on the reel.

INSPECTOR® 48 SEWER CAMERA

The Inspector® 48 inspection camera has a very robust camera head with an extremely high light yield. Your inspections are displayed clearly and true to life. The shape of the head and spring are streamlined, so that the Inspector® 48 sewer camera can be fed through even easier. The working range is from 75 mm to at least 400 mm.

Due self-levelling camera head, the image always remains ‘upright’ while the camera head is fed through a pipeline. It is always clear where the bottom of the pipe is and whether the sewer camera head has gone to the left or right after going round a bend. The 8 super bright LEDs are controllable, so that the pipe may be fully illuminated. If you choose to have the optional 512 Hz transmitter you are able to trace the camera head from above ground. The camera head and spring may be detached from the combi-cable very easily.

INSPECTOR® ZRK70 SEWER CAMERA Pan & Tilt

The Inspector® ZRK70 is a multifunctional inspection sewer camera; endlessly rotatable and swerveable. The ZRK70 is ultimately suitable for the inspection of inlets and walls of drains and pipelines. The working range is from 110 mm to at least 500 mm!

Operation and functionality sewer camera ZRK70

Through its carefully chosen and tested shape, the ZRK70 sewercamera is simple to feed into and through a pipeline. The self-levelling function ensures that the image always remains ‘upright’. The head can rotate endlessly and swivel through 210 degrees, so that a pipeline can be fully inspected.

The ‘socket test’ directs the camera perpendicular to the wall so that the pipe connections can be checked simply. By adjusting the focus exactly you get the images pin-sharp. Above ground, the camera head may be traced using the built-in 512 Hz transmitter. Two guides are available for larger pipes.

STEERING UNIT

The Inspector® Steering Unit is an accessory which increases the funtionality of your inspection camera dramatically. Your Inspector® ZRK70 or special Inspector® 48 can now be 'steered'. By using the remote control (which comes standard with the ZRK70) you are able to rotate and bend this tool.

Operation and functionality

By bending and rotation the tool you are able to choose if you prefer to inspect a side branch or continue straight forward. The functionality of the camera is not limited by the Steering Unit. This especially applies to the Inspector® ZRK70 where similar camera heads have a steering rod mounted on the front. This limits the swerve function, it cannot swerve to its most upper and lower position. A ZRK70 in combination with the Steering Unit has none of such limitations. A second point of advantage is the quick and easy way to interchange a standard spring with the Steering Unit and vice versa. This is done with a screw connection. Your Inspector® System can easily be adapted to any situation.

German Made Inspection Cameras


Wherever an inspection is not possible with the naked eye, Pipe Inspection cameras serve as a versatile tool. The cable-guided camera easily and securely accesses pipes, shafts and cavities which are difficult to access. This allows defects to be detected early and to reliably locate blockages even in tight ducts.
